Terms and Conditions for Ored Plan Connect

Welcome to Ored Plan Connect. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including prepaid SIM card activation, postpaid SIM card services, international roaming packages, data bundle subscriptions, eSIM provisioning, mobile number portability, value-added mobile services, and corporate mobile solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing the services provided by Ored Plan Connect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users and visitors of our services.

2. Services Provided

Ored Plan Connect offers a range of telecommunication services, including:

• Prepaid SIM card activation and management.
• Postpaid SIM card services and billing.
• International roaming packages and add-ons.
• Data bundle subscriptions for various usage needs.
• eSIM provisioning and support.
• Mobile number portability (MNP) services.
• Various value-added mobile services.
• Tailored corporate mobile solutions.

The availability of specific services may vary based on your plan, contract, and device compatibility.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and whenever required for service provision.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Use our services responsibly and not for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• Protect your account credentials and notify Ored Plan Connect immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Adhere to fair usage policies for data, voice, and SMS services as defined by your specific plan.

4. Payments and Billing

For postpaid services, billing cycles and payment due dates will be specified in your service agreement. For prepaid services, payment is required in advance for subscriptions and top-ups. All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise stated. Ored Plan Connect reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Service Availability and Limitations

While Ored Plan Connect strives for continuous service availability and high-quality connectivity leveraging the Ored network, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be affected by factors outside our control, including network congestion, environmental conditions, maintenance, and force majeure events. Ored Plan Connect will endeavor to minimize any disruptions and provide timely notice of planned outages.

6. Termination of Services

Ored Plan Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our site or used in connection with our services are the property of Ored Plan Connect or its licensors. You may not use any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of Ored Plan Connect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ored Plan Connect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Doha, Qatar.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
